I went in because a crown the put on less than 2 years ago broke. I was told that my insurance would not pay because it was to soon and that I had to pay. I paid the $987, the full price, THEN they billed my insurance company. The insurance company approved and paid them with my portion being $384. Imperial dental refuses to refund me. I paid $987, I should have paid $384, they owe me $603 which they refuse to pay.
