I’ve been going here for years. Had a slew of issues. However I just had my 3 month skin check as I have a history of atypical moles and skin cancer as well as a family hx of melanoma. They said all was fine. Flash forward to a few weeks later I notice a spot on my arm and called to get in. They didn’t have an appointment for 3 weeks so I got in today elsewhere. I ended up having 4 biopsies today, all moles they said were ok! I also had a biopsy on a mole that has been new and growing over past 1.2 years. Each time I show West Hills they dismissed it even with showing them photos of the obvious abnormal progression. So now I get to wait 2 weeks for results and pray this office lack of competence hasn't put my life at risk. If you value your life or your loved ones Life then I suggest going elsewhere. they cannot be trusted.
