There are very limited options and I hope this changes for future generations of women in this area who are looking for quality care. I think my provider is well intentioned and while I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend her to others, she was cordial, answered my questions, and showed up when I delivered a preterm baby. With that being said, the practice dropped the ball too frequently throughout my prenatal care. These mistakes were frustrating, time consuming, and incredibly stressful. A lot of mix ups, cancellations, and overall very poor communication practices from this office. Post-partum care continues to be frustrating with appointment confusions and unreasonable wait times after your scheduled time. Kudos to the office manager: she's great at validating your concerns-you're clearly very good at your job. She suggested I consider a different practice, which in the moment, I appreciated but I am disappointed to see that others have received a similar suggestion from her.
