Dr Mike's Walk-In Clinic

I had a phone appointment for Covid they forgot me even when I called to remind them! They were rude! Went to other office refused to ask Dr for the antivirals for me I have congestive heart failure! Reporting to medical board

First after check in, they make you wait in a hot waiting room for approx. An hour. Then they take you back, check your vitals. After that they sit you in a closed room for approx. Another hour. The staff, stands around in the front behind glass talking about other stuff members at the bear valley office. The Dr's. Seem to want to get you out of there. They don't really pay attention to what you really are saying. I spent more than half my life working different positions in hospitals. I spent 17 years working in surgery in hospitals and surgery centers. After almost 58 years, I think I know a bit about my own self, my body, but the Dr's. There are the Victorville office, treat you like you are dumb. Like you know nothing. The even at times get rude with you. They allow the staff to sit there in the front and talk about you. Where you can hear them. They order test on the labs that are not needed. Use codes to bill insurance. Place really dirty,etc. Don't go there.
