Staff is kind, understanding, and caring
The staff at California Skin Institute are very kind and helpful. It is a pleasure to visit this office. Not every doctor’s office is pleasant. Some are down right rude. But the staff at California Skin Institute are professional, efficient and kind, from the front desk to the assistants who take me to the examination room and take history. I have to say that one of the medical assistants does stand out. Helen took the time to recognize the financial burden of the medications. She put herself in a position to take the responsibility to pursue the cost of medications with the insurance company. Being retired, I appreciated Helen’s consideration, kindness, understanding, and attention and to my specific needs. She also related to me as a person and spoke with genuine friendliness which made me feel welcome.
