Everyone here is helpful, kind, professional and informative. From reception, to nurse, to the most amazing Dr Feng. She’s on top of everything and full of information I didn’t know I needed or wanted. No one wants to need this care but this is the place if you do.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Feng and she was the best. Being nervous due to circumstances, she made me feel at ease and answered all my questions thoroughly, but, most importantly, she asked me questions and really wanted to know the answers so that we can proceed with a plan that will be to my benefit, for my personal situation. I would recommended her very highly and feel very comfortable that I will be in her care.

Everyone in this office has been extremely kind & accommodating to our schedule. Andrea is so helpful & answers so many questions. Nancy is very sympathetic & understanding. Emmanuel is very caring. Dr. Feng is the most kind & thorough. She explains any questions we have in a way that is easy to understand in this difficult journey. We never feel rushed or inconvenienced. The wait time is always minimal. I doubt there is a better radiation office anywhere.

This is the most organized and professional medical practice I have experienced in decades. Systems, processes and staff are in place to keep everything running smoothly. Every single staff member is welcoming and pleasant as she does her job. Appointments start on time and are efficient, respecting everyone's time. I feel 100% confident that I am being well treated - both medically and as a human being.

We have been seeing Dr. Feng for almost 2 years and have never had anything but exceptional service. Wait times for scheduled appointment are almost nothing. No one should have to sit and grow agitated waiting long past the appointment time before being seen and that is NOT a problem here. Appointment schedules are flexible and easy to work with despite often having to work around coordinating chemo appointments with other offices that run late. Staff is genuinely caring and remarkably efficient. Dr. Feng is fantastic!! She is great at answering any questions and explaining whatever is going on from treatment options to things to expect. I sincerely wish all doctors/offices were as phenomenal as this one!!! Thank you for being so awesome!!!
