I have the worst experience at this group. My wife and eight-year-old daughter have been seeing Dr. Xu for many years. In September, our insurance carrier was changed to Anthem. They refused to provide medically required care unless an up-front cash payment of around $200 is paid. This is despite the fact that Dr. Xu is clearly listed as an in-network provider in my anthem directory. It is a bait-and-switch combination that baits patients by a listing in the provider directory and stiffens them medical bills after the fact. Dr. Xu's administrator, Judi Greenberg, their private biller, Mary Felton, some entity called BASS medical group (which denied any responsibility for the matter) and Anthem are now playing phone tag and finger-pointing while my family is denied medical care. I am in the process of filing a complaint with a medical board and the department of insurance. They do not have a fictitious business name permit from the medical board as required by law for physicians pra
