San Bruno Avenue Dental Group

I wound up here as sadly they were one of only dds offices covered by my insurance. You’re lucky to get ahold of someone at front desk, and when you do you’re put on hold, or told to call back; Dr. Lim 1 redeeming factor but sometimes treated by another dds who doesn’t even introduce themselves; this is CLASSIC ‘turnstile’ dentistry. I had 2 2 teeth removed here, had complications so went back, a dentist came in w/o introduction, diagnosed me w/dry socket w/o even examine me, much less telling me his name (after asking he told me Dr. Tin, who I found out was owner, this location and others). I’ve since seen another DDS and the difference is night and day. This place is disgraceful.
