If there was an option for 0 stars, I would rate it like that. Horrible experience trying to take out the peritoneal catheter. Called probably like 50 times to make an appointment for the catheter removal and they always said that they would call back. Never called back. This was an urgent situation and they never gave importance. So now my dad (the patient) has PERITONITIS and has been in the hospital for 5 days.
