I am an actual patient there for the first time and for the last time lol, the first visit was easy and did not wait too long , it was just a diagnostic and Lab sample, then the nightmare began when I came today 09/07/2023 for my actual procedure, my appointment was at 11AM, I arrived at 10:50AM, signed my name and waited, no one called my name still and it was 11:42AM almost Noon like I have been waiting for almost an hour, not only that but I noticed they checked in other patients who arrived after me ahead of me , so I asked the chubby Hispanic female nurse who wears glasses with fake dye hair color lol why are you letting other patients ahead of me although they arrived after me and my appointment was before them? the Nurse Assistant said your room is not ready go have a seat and stop yelling at me lol, so the front grumpy old woman at the front said yeah sir if you are going to yell at us then might as well leave the you can't be here and yell at us.
