3 days to get an error corrected on a rx, multiple messages left by self and pharmacy. No results! Clowns running this Organization are unprofessional & disrespectful of patients.

Doctor J is great. Everything else leaves much to be desired. I've run out of medications twice and had it take more than a week to resolve, despite going over my entire list of meds during my intake appointment in May. This was especially problematic when it was my antidepressant. I had called and gotten ahold of Justin, I was panicked and crying, instead of helping me he just cut me off and dropped me into the general voicemail box. I called and left messages for the on call doctor, no one ever called me back. Now, I'm extremely sick with something respiratory, it feels like there's an elephant sitting on my chest. I called yesterday at 9am and was told I was put on the schedule for a telemedicine appointment at 2:45. No one called. I called again at 4:15, lo and behold Justin answered the phone again. Confirmed with him again that my appointment was for that day, and he said it could be up until five pm before someone calls. No one ever called. Left two messages for the on call dr
