The office does not return calls. Very difficult to work with, very rude staff. Not willing to help with anything. Say they call and leave a message but never have a message from them.

Great people. Great anesthesia, super clean. The prep is the only uncomfortable part. They're partners in my health care and cancer prevention.

Dr Dahnuka and his staff are extremely professional, answered all my questions and provided top notch care. Highly recommend!

Everyone was kind. The Doctor talked with me before and after procedure. One issue I had was the wait. I was very nervous and waiting for a long time was uncomfortable.

Kind and caring staff from the time I filled out the first form to the time I was walked out to the car following the procedure.

I've had two procedures at Redding Endoscopy and I can honestly say they are the best. Every person I had interaction with was welcoming, friendly, informative and truly seemed to care. The nursing staff was great. The nurse anesthetist came and talked with me and then the Doctor. They answered all questions and when it was done, the Doctor came and talked with me again. To put this in comparison, a few years ago, I had a procedure at a competitor up on the hill. I literally felt like livestock. My interaction with the Doctor couldn't have been more than 10 seconds long. Very impersonal experience and cold. So when I went to Redding Endoscopy, I was not looking forward to a similar experience. The experience I had though was completely 180 degrees different. It's nice to be treated like a person rather being treated like a commodity.

Dr Eickhoff was amazing. I didn’t want to use anesthersia because I needed to go back to work. He gave me options in case it was too uncomfortable. He made my procedure a learning session, it helped me keep my mind on what I was watch on the screen and talked me through I spot that was a bit uncomfortable. He helped me understand my body, the things that could be a problem. He had an amazing bedside manner, letting me know that everything was and will be ok. I suggest Dr Eickhoff to anyone that has yearly or any gastrointestinal needs. He has plenty of experience and great with his patients. The nurses were very helpful and professional. They allowed me to do my procedure my way.

Everyone was professional, friendly and explained everything they were going to do. There were several different healthcare professionals that came in to talk to me and everyone introduced themselves. Best healthcare experience I have ever had. Procedures went smoothly and the recovery time as well. Staff were friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend this facility.
