Upselling and Poor Service

I had my first appointment for a cleaning. Instead of wanting to do the cleaning they wanted to upsell me other services. They were not even going to give me my insurance-covered cleaning.After leaving a negative review on Google, the owner (the dentist himself?) replied saying I demanded “free services” and accused me of blackmailing the office with a negative review.This office will upsell you as doing basic cleanings are not worth their time and effort. And then anything negative you say is viewed as blackmail.
