During Covid last year when doctors were not allowing in person visits Dr. Shad graciously sat down with me and patiently explained what I needed to do. Since then I have had questions that I send through the patient portal and always get a prompt reply. The staff is professional and caring. I am a elderly person and have seen my share of doctors over the years and Dr. Shad and staff are a cut above.
