Poor back office
I have given this place many opportunities to get things right but the back office continues to drop the ball. I am sure that a couple of the doctors I have met there are great. The back office does not follow up and if you finally push they will try and throw something together. I have seen no improvement in my condition since becoming a patient. They had a surgery scheduled for me but waited until the last minute to schedule pre op testing. It was too late and they had to cancel and I paid for the surgery in advance
