Horrific experience and waste of $$!!

The front office to this office is the absolute WORST to deal with. Their communication is horrible. I've tried to get a copy of what was done so I can submit it to my insurance for reimbursement as they suggested I can do. They claim they have sent over the claim to my ins multiple times yet my insurance company has not received anything from them. When I try to call them, they dont answer and yes its during working hours. When I leave a voicemail, a call will not be returned. When I email them.. no response. The email I got from Natalia a few weeks ago of a copy of the paperwork, was so blurry you cannot read it at all whatsoever. My insurance wouldn't accept it so I know its no good. I talked to Natalia again this morning to please send me a more clear picture and I have yet to receive it. I'm done trying to get the paperwork from them since this seems to be a COMPLETE waste of my time. Treatment was done September of last year and I still have yet to get them to get this paperwork
