Chapcare Lime

I had a physical and some test results that needed to be talked about my appointment was at 10am I got there 9:45 like they asked . Nurse walked me to room 3 checked blood pressure and blah blah before she walked out she said doctor will be in shortly not thinking I said okay. I time every doctors appointment by this time it was 10 exactly 40 mins pass and still no doctor. I walked out to find someone to help me they said they didn’t know what happened. Then I just ask for my test results and will due a physical with my regular doctor she proceed to tell me the doctor will call me to talk about results are you kidding 40 mins in a room just to be told he will call me !?! I said what if I had other doctors appointments and they literally put on my health folder I refused a physical cause I had another doctors appointment!! What!!! Are you serious charged my insurance for me sitting in a room with no service!!! Should I mention he told me to look up my diagnosis on GOOGLE insteadofexpili
