Whenever I call this office I lose an hour of my life, mostly on hold. More specifically, I have to call because they constantly get things wrong. I had an appointment at the end of May and the doc gave me one new prescription and 3 referrals. After telling the staff FIVE TIMES that they had my pharmacy wrong and giving them the correct information, they still sent it to the wrong pharmacy. It took a month to get the meds because of their incompetence. Then the referrals never happened. I called a month after my appointment and they had never sent the referrals, one was a cardiologist, which is kind of important. Then finally when they did it I got a letter in the mail like it's the 19th century telling me I had to call them. There's no online presence, no updated technology. When I have to go in, the doc always runs at least an hour late.
