Staff are rude not friendly at all.
Keep me on hold for 20 min when trying to schedule an appointment. Very rude staff not going back.

Don’t care about their patients
I was told by their staff that they do not complete appeals for denied medical services. That is straight up negligent. I’m a medical assistant and I know how daunting the appeal process is; it’s definitely not fun, but I gladly complete the extra paperwork if it means my patients get the services they need. I cannot fathom choosing to let my patients continue to be in pain simply because I’m too lazy to deal with the paperwork that comes with it.
