Medical Clinic at Bayview

Katrina Hirsig belittled me, blamed me, and flip-flopped her explanations and reasoning regarding my care. She said labs a specialist ordered for me 'tell us nothing,' despite my specialist recognizing a connection between symptoms, family history, and labs, and suggesting follow up. She did not return phone calls for over 10 days and instead made notes in my chart that I 'refused care' when in fact she did not offer me care. So, I made an appointment in order to discuss my care, but Katrina did not come out of her office to see me during my appointment.I made a second appointment which she implied was unnecessary, repeatedly asking if I wanted to keep it (Yes, that's why I made it.). When I attended this meeting she condescendingly said she would, 'Go over my labs with me again,' when she had never discussed them with me. She told me it was my fault she didn't see the labs in the system (because of the lab I chose to go to).I could go on and on, but the reviews here already speak vo
