Alter patient files without permission
I cannot speak on all the office admin but the one that schedules appointments is horrible. I cannot even place her name as she refused to give it and hung up. She went into the system and altered my fathers contacts without permission and then called another number and lied to them about the interaction. When I called to ask why she stated such lies she could kept saying that I told her it was for emergencies to which I stated that is correct yet you called someone else and told them that I stated I didn't want to be contacted and to remove me from the list of contacts. I stated I had not stated those words during our interaction and asked her for her name she hung up on me. tried calling back several times and as everyone here states, no answer.
