My wife had a bad fall, and broke her left femur in half, and hyper-extended her leg at the knee. I called 911, and the Paramedics rushed her to the ER, and she was given Morphine for the excruciating pain, and was admitted to the hospital. And Dr. Klug was assigned as her Orthopedic Doctor. X-Rays showed her left femur was broken in half. And her left knee, foot, and ankle were each swollen the size of a cantaloup. And after Dr. Klug reviewed her case, he ordered my wife to remain in a hospital bed for six to eight weeks, to allow the bones to heal. And the Morphine was stopped after she left the ER, and was replaced with Dilauded. And after three days in the hospital, my wife was discharged, and she came home to our hospital bed in the living room, with no pain medication at all. And Dr. Klug did not do surgery to reset the bones, and he did not cast her leg, to keep it immobilized. And he never came one time to see her in her hospital room, to tell us WHY That is INHUMANE.
