Poor service and care

If doctor has all lab tests and data regarding your sugar levels but you forgot your meter he will charge you for the visit and refuse to update insulin treatments even though he has blood work like A1c. He actually told me that I’m non compliant And then refused to seeefor 3 months. My sugar is still running in the high 200’s to low 300’s. Tells me I could go into coma yet refuses to actually provide care. Have to get a real doctor who actually cares.
