DO NOT GO HERE. I am filing a formal complaint against this practice and PA Kimberly Gonzalez. I made an appointment for an annual physical, the physical was performed but then they billed my insurance for something else - and now they won't change it. I have called repeatedly and the PA that I saw refuses to call me back and claims she "doesn't recall." Their billing error is now costing me hundreds of dollars that I should not have to pay. This is why people don't go to the doctor!! Worst experience ever. She also ordered bloodwork that was coded in a way that was not "medically necessary" so now I have to pay over $250 for that also that should have been completely covered by my insurance.
