I am posting this everywhere because nothing else seems to work with these people:I have to say how truly disappointed and furious I am with this place. Not only are alot of the front office staff rude as hell and totally dismissive, they lie to and hang up on upset patients. I have been going to them for over 5 years for medical maintenance medication & recently my Medi-Cal was changed without my knowledge or permission. Due to this, I have not been able to book an appointment because I also do not just have $175 to pay for a 5 minute phone call with the exact same doctor to ask the exact same 3 questions he always does to send in the exact same refills to the exact same pharmacy I have been using for over 5 years. The medication THEY prescribed to me cannot simply be stopped, it must be tapered or continued or there are serious consequences to my health and wellbeing. I have been without it for 4 days as of now and I have told them I am trying to get the insurance sorted but it is
