If I could leave NO stars I would. Dr Tilson has a complete disregard for her patients time. She is never available for in-patient or phone appts. She will be late or miss them with no apology. Her staff is useless, they will cancel appts within less than 24hr and not offer a make up for 2 plus weeks. As my primary I've had 4 appts with her in the last year, and only did she attend in person. The rest had to be scheduled with alternate back up physicians in the office

I had my first visit 01/2024 went well I thought, Dr. Ching seemed caring listing to all my issues. He had a assistant who was taking notes. I was told to give some papers to his nurse to make copies for him to review so he could make new referrals from previous Medical Group. He maid 1 referral for Ultrasound Duplex arterial Bilaterlly lower Extrimities for different issue, I completed it and with the results he maid a referral for Vascular Surgery! I am very concerned about it. I have Pain,Numbing,Tingling, Discoloration,weakness & Swelling Legs & Feet ! I have left messages on My Chart & calls no response in over 3 weeks for original Referrals and now over a week on new Referral for Vascular Surgery to change it to Stat/Urgent! Not sure what tipe of blockage, No blood flow in left Proximal Posterior Tibial Artery with flow in Distal Artery likely Via smaller collateral Vessels & Medial Sclerosis visualized Bilaterlly it says. Very upsetting not knowing if fixable or sudden Death!!!!
