Truly unfathomable how neglected I feel trying to get care with this clinic. I provided a sample for a take-home lab test in March 2024 and the next available appointment wasn’t until May 17 2024 (2 months after the test was submitted) for a telehealth/phone appointment. They never called me. They never told me it would be canceled. The date just came and went. I called them asking what happened and they couldn’t provide a reason, they could only offer a new appointment for June 26th. They called me June 10th and canceled the appointment. I truly do not know what to do. They need to stop operating completely and let their patients find care somewhere else. 2 canceled appointments, 3 months from the lab test? It’s completely unacceptable. I’ve been dealing with chronic constipation for 6+ months, not diet related, worried it could be a very serious issue and it’s been impossible to speak with anyone about my results for 3 months.
