Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Numerous messages left with no return calls. My personal physician will no longer refer to this office. Apparently the physicians here don’t care because we’ve discussed it several times. Go anywhere but here simply because of the staff.

Unhelpful, lazy, guessing what's wrong with you. No actual help.

Dr. Ginn did two colonoscopies for me and all went well, but when I developed a rather serious GI malady, all went south. It seems that as he’s only seen me for ‘procedures’, I’m not really a patient. The first available was over two months out and the6 weren’t permitted to make an appointment for me with another physician in the practice. I got the impression they really didn’t want to see me. I found another GI practice that was more welcoming. PS, yes, trying to contact them by phone is impossible. I got cycled through the prompts endlessly no matter what button I pushed. I recommend finding another GI office if you want good care.
