Horrible bedside manner

The lady who did my sonogram was very dry and rude. She would not answer any of my questions, I asked her if she could confirm sex of the baby, I asked her how big my baby’s head was and she didn’t want to tell me. She said “it’s 32cm divide that by 2.5 and that’s your answer” uhh first of all wouldn’t I divide by pi (3.14)? While doing the sonogram she was very heavy handed and pushed down way too hard on my abdomen I was in pain 90% of the time. The whole experience was dry and hurtful. I have been here twice & both times I left upset. The second time I got to my car I was in tears upset with everything.
