California Advanced Pain & Spine Specialist Dr. Salazar dropped me without warning saying: "I am through with you" and "find a free clinic" because Covid had devastated my New York City insurance company, delaying payments. Covid put them in disarray and my insurance examiner disappeared. Yet, a very high-level insurance Director called his billing assuring that payments are forthcoming. No matter, he literally, verbally kicked me out. I later learned that he was being paid but Dr. Salazar's billing refused to let me know the full status of payments. Remember, no warning for 8 months when there was an issue, and then dropped me as a patient. He indicated this was only a business decision. Now no recourse except to do this review. Do you want to be seen by a CORPORATION which could drop you in mid-treatment or do you want an understanding doctor?
