Facey Medical Group Mission Hls

After having been a patient for a few years I'm just appalled with Facey. They were never the caring kind doctor's office. They are the GIANT machine that they are, you're not going to feel special with that ever. I get that. But on my last visit, I was made to stand in a hallway, with no chair, for over 20 minutes, and treated like a lesser human being, a 3rd class citizen. I complained multiple times and was told to keep waiting. Then when I complained to my doctor, I was promised the office manager would see me. The office manager never bothered to come see me. I was then told by the nurse manager that the office manager would call me later that day, which I'm sure they said to just get me to leave. Needles too say, the office manager never called. Later the nurse manager called to tell me that the office manager would call me the next day... it's been weeks and no one has called. I tried very hard to lodge my complaint within their system, and not have to blow them up he
