I visited in early Aug 2023 for consultation. I paid what I was asked to before I left the office. In late Aug, I visited the institute again for the treatment. I also paid what I was asked to before I left the office. My insurance didn't cove these so I paid all of them, given these shouldn't left any argue afterwards.However, in October, I received a bill from their bill center. I called the institute, they said they know nothing about the bill. I called the bill center, the lady said she didn't know what happened in the Daly City Institute and will ask Daly City Institute call me. The person from Daly City Institute called me, said she didn't know what was on the bill and what I paid for. She kept asking me what I had paid for, said she's helping me. The bill they sent me didn't state what the payment was for as well. Looks like both the person in the Daly City Institute and the lady in their bill center don't have access to their system and their records.
