Terrible
I’m convinced that everyone in this office is incompetent except for Dr. Willis and her medical assistant. The rest of the staff is rude, schedules incorrectly, never answers the phone and takes a month to put referrals in and give you your test results. I also wouldn’t trust them with any important medical documents because they will more than likely lose the paper and accuse you of never bringing it in. This place is an absolute disgrace so if you’re thinking of coming here please just save yourself the stress and go anywhere else.
