Worst experience ever! I do not recommend them. In fact your better off without them. Their billing/scheduling practices are not worth the trauma they cause. They would schedule my kid after she had already shed w her therapist, without telling us then charge us for no shows, or charge no show fees $75 when her therapist called to resched. They are now billing us 3 years later for services they say were rendered in 2020, that they didn't bill due to their incompetent billing dept. The new billing manager they hired about a year ago, explained how bad it was and how she is now trying to clean up the mess. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM HERE!

While Crownview has many competent providers, they do not have a competent front desk team. After 5 years of dealing with them, they literally have one person that’s capable of doing their job and helping clients with respect. The only reason we stay is we hardly have to deal with the staff since we video our appointments. If we had to deal with them in a regular basis we would definitely find a different provider. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that values their clients enough to have compassionate and capable people working with them.
