Excellent service.

What stood out the most to me was how friendly everyone was and how knowledgeable the staff were about my office visit. They didn't ask me questions I had already answered - they actually looked at my questionnaire ahead of time. Mind blowing. Dr. V was warm and expert at his craft. Allejandra was the consummate professional!

Ms. Balyan does my skin checks and she is amazing. She is very thorough and kind, and is very patient with any questions or concerns I might have. Additionally, I had a mole that I was concerned about but I was told at another Dermatology practice that it was 'nothing.' She saw it and didn't like the look of it and recommended testing. It turned out that it was something and needed to be removed. I'm very thankful that she caught it. Dr. Saadat performed the surgery and it left a minimal scar. And, he was very caring and explained everything that was going on which made me feel more comfortable. I can highly recommend both of them!

The staff is very quick to check you in and so helpful. It was also fast to book another appointment when I checked out.

Really appreciated how warm, welcoming, and professional everyone at SBC was. The in-person check-in process was really quick because they send a link to complete the paperwork and medical history portions online before your appointment. Dr. Jillian Roy was absolutely wonderful and I feel so lucky she was available on short notice (I made the appointment just a couple days earlier). She really cared - checked out my concerns and was thorough and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciated how awesome and efficient everyone was and will be coming back.

Absolutely awful, doesn’t even deserve the one star.Completely incompetent on how specialist referrals work. Essentially wanted me to come in for 4 separate visits for each skin concern and separate visits for the procedures. Once she told me the procedure I then was supposed to call my GP tell her what procedure the doc recommended and then my GP was supposed to refer the dermatologist’s own procedure recommendation BACK to her. Also refused to look at any other skin concerns beside the spot behind my ear that was listed on the referral sheet. Absolute lunacy.I called my GP promptly after and she was disgusted with how I was treated and assured me that was not proper procedure. I would not waste your time or money here. Definitely seems like they are trying gouge the insurance company and the patient.

It was easy to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Appointment was on time. Outstanding staff and physicians. They listen, they explain, and they treat your problem. They explain upfront what insurance will cover and what it doesn’t. Your choice to proceed. I’ll be back and have for over twenty years. Thank you Dr Ashley!

Dr. Saadat removed a pre-cancerous mole from my back yesterday and I was very surprised that it didn't hurt at all. He was very friendly and explained everything before, during and after the procedure. The entire staff was efficient, friendly and made me feel totally at ease.

This is an outstanding doctors office. All the staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. The place is full of smiling faces! Dr. Ashley is kind and takes his time to listen, as well as doing a thorough job of checking everything over. He is very reassuring, has a wonderful manner about him and genuinely cares about his patients.

Third visit in 2 years. Third doctor. They ALL really know what they're talking about. I pay outside my insurance to visit this clinic.

Best clinic, best service, best docs!

I don't always have the best experience with doctors. Most of the time I feel rushed and not listened to. From the moment I walked in, all of the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Patrick was the medical assistant who met with me first and he put me at ease and was helpful throughout the entire process. And Dr. Ashley was incredibly knowledgeable, had a great bedside manner, and made me feel like I was in the hands of a competent professional.I have a follow-up appointment in a few weeks, and I'm actually excited to come back. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know.

I have been going to Dr. Ashley for years. He is very meticulous and attentive. Dr. Sadaat was also very helpful and thorough, including doing minor skin surgery. The office is well- organized, and the staff is very friendly and efficient.

At first, I was frustrated at my wait time - I was finally called from the waiting area to an exam room 40 minutes after my appointment time. However, the visit turned excellent after that. The office and medical staff, including Dr. Sadaat, were friendly, helpful and provided excellent care. I would definitely recommend SBC with the advice to allow a little extra time.

It was my first visit and i felt as if i had known Dr. Jillian Roy for ages. She helped guide me to some new products as well as new ways to treat my cystic acne.

It was my first visit to this office. Front and back office staff were very knowledgeable and efficient about getting insurance and documentation completed. Dr Vadmal was an absolute pleasure! He didn’t waste any time addressing my issues and took care of two different areas and biopsy without and hesitation or needing to schedule another appointment. His assistant was also very thorough in checking insurance deductible and copay information. The whole process was extremely efficient. My husband was with me so we decided to schedule an appointment for him and the front desk said no need to come back and squeezed him in!! He also ended up having two biopsy, amazingly fast and expert service by Dr Vadmal and his team, so glad we found this office!! We clearly need to stay out of the sun but at least we found an awesome dermatologist!
