They cancelled my appointment. When I asked the person in the office, they said it was because their employee was injured and they didn't have replacement. Then when I called their scheduling department to reschedule, they gave me a date at their Wilshire location as the MDR location was out of commission. Then weeks later, they called and cancelled again. When I called scheduling to find out why, they couldn't even find the appointment on their books, even though cancelled appointments are still kept in the records. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after they said they'd transfer me, I was disconnected. I called back again, spoke to another employee who I made sure had my call back number, and asked to speak to the same supervisor, Amy. When I was to be connected, I was disconnected again. No call back from Amy. This business does a poor job of caring for patients. I would not recommend.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a front desk at any medical facility. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment because their parking does not take CHASE. One of the biggest banks in this country and this building doesn’t take their cards. So I have to find street parking that will let me park there long enough to get an mri. When I rushed in, I then had to wait for them to finish with the phone to take my temperature to be let into the waiting room (even though that’s no longer a valid requirement to test for covid). The women at the front desk held no accountability as they told me we might need to reschedule and blamed it all on the doctors- that it’s their decision to cancel on people who are literally standing right in front of them. I immediately rejected their option to reschedule. It’s Los Angeles, there’s an mri place on every corner. I’ll be letting my doctor know that this was a terrible referral and I look forward to placing my medical care in the hands
