Not impressed

I always have a yearly wellness check and they contact me and send me for bloodwork before my office visit. Last year they never contacted me so I called them and they said I was there in the spring but I was not. It took 8 days for me to get a referral when I needed one and I was treated poorly in the process. I am starting off the new year with a new Dr and would never go back to Desert Oasis in Bermuda Dunes. The Dr is unfriendly and uncaring- worst experience I have ever had regarding my medical.
