Well from the very beginning the front office staff was rude. I'm not sure if the girl at the front was having a bad day or if she just has that bad attitude all the time so I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. When I spoke to the doctor she seemed to be invalidating my experience stating that I was over exaggerating my symptoms instead of listening to what I was trying to tell her. Although I felt like I needed to convince her why I needed certain referrals she finally gave them to me. The doctor left me to deal with the front desk girl and she gave me an attitude and was unhelpful when I needed clarity on where to go to get my blood drawn and how to fix the issues regarding my insurance card. That day I left feeling distraught and their attitude towards me left me feeling deflated. I do not recommend anyone come here.

They dropped the ball on several occasions. I was having shoulder pain so they sent me to get an x-ray and said they would call me for a follow-up to go over the results. I waited 4 weeks before calling to find out what happened. When i called they said they had it but lost it. Another time they sent me to a specialist for something and when i get there the dr tells me that no one ever sent my records over so he had no idea what he was supposed to be looking for and sent me on my way. Every time i go i see someone different and the staff is very impersonal and can be very rude at times. I called one time about a week into the initial covid lockdown to get antibiotics for a minor bladder infection. I had read a few places online that most doctors dont even make you come in for a minor infection and that they usually just call in a prescription for you. Not them. They wanted me to come in at the beginning of the outbreak and risk being exposed for something most dr.s do over the phone.
