Vista Complete Care

This place has 'urgent care' in their title, which I am always leery of because some times urgent care facilities get really sensitive about insurances. So, before going here, I confirmed with my insurance (United Healthcare) and with Vista that they accept my insurance - as an urgent care facility. Both confirmed. The PA addressed my issue - great. Unfortunately, this place has the worst billing process - or lack thereof. They decided NOT to file a claim with United Healthcare, instead they kept sending me bills to pay out of pocket (over $200). I denied again because my insurance covered it - Vista just needed to do their job and bill the insurance co. I talked to my insurance three times and they contacted Vista (while I was on hold) asking them, begging them to bill United Healthcare. Well, there's a 90day limit to file a claim. After that, too bad. So, Vista never filed a claim instead expecting me to pay out of pocket. I didn't pay - so they sent me to collections. I
