I visited the Arcadia Methodist Hospital Emergency Room because I was experiencing Covid-like symptoms. The treatment was fine, but the doctors and these Emergency Medical Management Associates -- who bill under Michael Agron MD Inc -- later sent a surprise bill that declined my insurance and charged me for different symptoms and treatment. This started a horrific process of battling Agron's customer service team for many months. The billing team was not interested in the actual treatment provided, but simply in extorting me for more money. Avoid Michael Agron and the Methodist Hospital Emergency Room in Arcadia if at all possible!
