No communication or compassion.
I don't feel like she cares at all. She constantly mumbles to her computer. I can't hear her usually. She is very on top of my type two diabetes, blood tests ordered every visit. Finally received a referral for an X-Ray on my wrist and hand. My osteoarthritis is advancing quickly. The x-ray folks said I have synovitis and tenodonitis and the pain is awful. Dr. Petrus had her nurse call me and advise me that the xrays simply showed osteoarthritis, no treatment or medication suggested. I realize getting old is sometimes painful and confusing but this doctor makes everything so much worse. I'm currently searching for a new Dr. in my area that is better at communicating and compassion.
