Failed access to care. I meet ABC about 6 months ago. I need a specialized treatment for my depression. The first month they were supposed to get medical records so my insurance would cover this treatment. After two months I called pearl at the office and she said they forgot. I was very unset but let it go. After serval months of fake attempts to get my records we still have no progress. I made a complaint to the supervisor and he told me that it was my fault that they can’t do there jobs and told me to find another provider, yelling at me and said he was happy I making a complaint and hung up on me. ABC is unprofessional and lack basic skills to do there job.
