Pusch Ridge Family Medicine

My husband and I started with Pusch in October 2023. We both had a talk therapist and a psychiatrist. After the first week, the talk therapist quit. We had just moved to Arizona and thought it was strange but it's life. We paid for our previous appointments at the following appointment so we stayed current. I had a single appointment in December with my psychiatrist and then went to Colorado for Christmas. I experienced a medical emergency while in Colorado that was caused by the new medication my psychiatrist prescribed me. I discovered that the psychiatrist had quit two weeks prior and I was never told! Now they want money that is not owed to them and their accountant has no understanding what a full accounting vs a statement is. This has been ongoing since February 2024! Value yourself and your money and go somewhere else.
