Practice

The nursing staff is fantastic. Upbeat and seem to enjoy their work. They are very busy but yet are concerned about any questions regarding procedures. I was set at ease and felt that I was cared for by the staff and doctor Tip. Dr. Tip came out to explain after care to me and gave me tools to get any questions or concerns I may have had. I didn't need to call until 10 days later to get results. Times have changed as has expectations of quick communications. It doesn't bother me so much that I had to wait for a return call. I did receive my results and assurance of reminders in the future of repeat procedure needed. Overall I felt I was treated with care. It was a good experience for me.
