I’m really not sure if this is where my review should go, but it should be close.Here goes……..A few weeks back I received a call from centralized scheduling for a CT appointment., During that call the scheduler:• Instructs me to get a blood test BEFORE the procedure. • I ask what type of blood test?• She says your doctor knows.• I tell her I had the procedure before without a blood test. That did not help.• My wife (has a medical background) tries to get the SPECIFIC blood test from the scheduler. That leads to nowhere.• Okay, I contact my physician, that wants me to have the CT. He’s at a lost on having any blood test. No Blood test ordered.So, is Centralized scheduling hiring people and not training them, OR WHAT? SCARY!!!!!
