Arizona Urology Specialists

Trying to schedule an appointment through their overseas call center makes me think a better alternative would be to operate on myself.

Like the previous reviewer, whoever answers these calls in a foreign country call center need immediate retraining! Very unprofessional and difficult to set up an initial consultation that I hung up after repeating the same information for 10 mins. Not a good first impression. Will be looking elsewhere.

Their administrative system is NOT patient friendly. Can not get a call back from docs or medical assistants when you have a question about current treatment. Called to check time of appointment on Wed afternoon for appointment Thursday. Got an operator from India. I was told they did not have that information but would contact the doctor's office with my question and that I would get a response in the next 24 to 48 hrs. Apparently a standard answer for this practice. Did get call from office telling me appointment was scheduled for Friday. I specifically was told appointment was scheduled for Thursday when appointment was first made. Found it also odd that after I talked to someone about appt time, I finally received a reminder call about the appointment. This is a big group that has merged with a large urology management firm. They apparently care more about profits than patients. So what does this say about the doctors who practice with this group? Beware!
