There are many people at this practice that seem genuinely kind and compassionate, but I don’t recommend this practice.1. The facility is unclean. Things are very messy and unorganized and I have previously seen roaches.2. The receptionist messes up appointment times and communications on a regular basis. The doctor often has trouble staying focused and easily misses things about patient symptoms and conditions that should otherwise be easily assessed or observed.3. Personnel are untrained or undertrained in care required to treat patients. 4. The front desk personnel badmouths and demeans staff members and patients to other patients and other staff members, creating tension and a toxic culture. There are many good doctors and treatment options in the Phoenix area. Do your research to find a practice with higher quality care, a cleaner facility, more professional operations and personnel, peace of mind, and ease of service.
