Slow response time on issues

The employees have a slow response time as well as the doctors on needed information. I have had to call multiple times to the general number and sit on hold to get information and scripts needed. The doctors at this health clinic take along time to respond, days at times on urgent issues for scripts. You have to make constant calls and ask the person who answers detailed questions to make sure they are doing the correct procedure. I do not recommend the health clinic at all to my friends and family. Very disappointed.
