Do you like long holds? Do you like to see a different Doctor and never get to see your actual Primary Doctor? Do you like being on hold for 20 minutes, only to be disconnected. Do you like being treated like an inconvenience and not an actual person. Do you like working with an unprofessional staff: front end, back end and everything in between: then The Maxwell Group will work great for you! Sub-par care awful communication skills, no empathy for what families are going through!!!!!! I'd give them a no star rating, if I could. One star is only because I have to, not because they deserve it!
