Cancelled my surgery

Desert Orthopedic Center Cancelled my surgery scheduled for 2/10/23. They rudely blamed me for never obtaining clearance from my primary care physician. Two points: first, they never informed me that was my responsibility to get a clearance. In fact, they failed to give me the entire pre-op folder. Second, my primary care physician agrees it was their responsibility to request the clearance, not my responsibility. And of course, I am still getting billed for a pre-op visit when it was their error. They really should eat that cost.
